WHAT SETS US APART
DETAILED ESTIMATES
Together we will discuss exactly what your painting visions and goals are. Then, using my 43 years of experience, my attention to detail, and by listening to your needs, I will provide you with a thorough estimate and consultation. (Depending on distance, I now charge a small fee for my time. Upon hiring me for the job, you will be credited back this fee).
PROMPT, PERSONAL SERVICE
If you decide to hire me, I will treat your home/building as if it were my own. One of my chief considerations is to do the job with as little disruption to your life as possible (for example: working around YOUR schedule, completing one or two rooms at a time). I will provide a starting date and an approximate, if not exact, finishing date. My crew and I arrive on time, work a full 8-9 hour day, and are very neat. Floors, counters, furniture, etc. are carefully protected with clean plastic sheeting and drop cloths. When painting the exterior, we will cover all shrubs, grass, walkways, driveways, roofs, etc.
PREPARATION
This is the most important step in a great paint job. I have extensive expertise in this area.
When it comes to interior work, we do EXPERT PATCHING. Whether you have holes, cracks, or just a rough texture that needs to be smoothed out.... or, water damaged sheetrock/plaster that needs to be repaired/removed/replaced, we can handle the the job. We do superb plastering, sheetrock repairs, taping, and skim-coating of both old and new surfaces (plaster and drywall).
Regarding exterior work, the first step is washing the house/building, using effective cleaning agents and low or high pressure washing. This removes dirt and mildew, which can interfere with proper paint adhesion. If mildew is not completely destroyed, it will grow through the fresh paint/stain within a year. Where peeling is occurring, we thoroughly scrape, and either hand sand, or sand with electric sanders. Subsequently, the proper primers are applied.
REFERENCES
My hundreds of satisfied customers can attest to the quality of my painting skills. I will provide names and numbers for many of these customers, upon request.
Remember this: hiring a "cheap" contractor will most likely result in the most "expensive" job. You may have to pay someone else to correct his mistakes. My company's quality craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail will ensure that you receive the best value for your dollar.
